Hey There

We’re thrilled to announce an upcoming virtual conference happening on May 3rd , hosted live on Zoom. This event brings together creative minds, problem-solvers, and changemakers for a day of sharing, learning, and recognition.

About the Symposium

Welcome to our Annual Virtual Symposium—a space where creativity, innovation, and mentorship come together in a dynamic and inspiring showcase of talent.

If you’re wondering what a symposium is—think of it as a collaborative conference where participants present projects, share ideas, and engage with peers and mentors in a meaningful way. It’s more than a competition—it’s a celebration of what we can create when we combine effort, passion, and teamwork.

This year marks our third annual symposium, and we’re thrilled to continue this growing tradition. Over the past two years, we’ve seen incredible ideas take shape, lifelong connections form, and hundreds of viewers tune in to support the work of our brilliant participants. Whether you’re presenting, mentoring, or just observing, you’re becoming part of a community that values curiosity, creativity, and collaboration.

The 2025 Symposium will be held virtually on May 3rd (exact time to be announced), hosted via Zoom. Participants will compete across three unique categories, and we’re excited to offer a total of $1,350 in prize money:

â€¢    $500 to the Best Overall Project
â€¢    $250 to the Mentor of the Winning Project
â€¢    $200 each to the Best in Category (3 categories total)

What to Expect

By joining the symposium, you’re stepping into a high-energy, supportive space where your ideas matter. You’ll get to hear from other driven participants, receive feedback, and maybe even walk away with a prize. Whether this is your first time presenting or you’ve been with us since year one, expect an experience that’s exciting, meaningful, and fun.
